If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault that isn’t caused by misuse, please get in touch with us within [14 days] of receiving your order.

We’ll work with you to:

• Replace the item

• Repair the item

• Or issue a full refund — depending on what suits you best

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Items ordered by mistake

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by improper use or handling

• Include clear photos of the fault or damage if possible

• We’ll reply with next steps for returning your item

We are a small business, so we ask you have patience with us as try and get your orders to you as soon as possible. 

What to expect: 

• Your order should be processed and sent in 2-5 Business days 
• You should receive a confirmation of purchase and a confirmation of your package being sent 
• Your order will be shipped using NZ post 
• Shipping cost will be calculated at check out
